So you may be wondering, what's next? I'm so glad you asked because I have some assignments for you that need to be completed within the next 48 hours. Go to a quiet place, close your eyes and think about the reason why you decided to join Amare. What will your business help you do that you can't do now (this may change as you progress and that is fine). Tell me what you want to get out of this business.

A.) Business Builder: You build teams of wellness partners in your local area, across the country or even across the world as we expand globally.

B.) Product ambassador: Shares the products with friends, family and people you meet along the way. Hosts occasional events like coffee & conversations to share the products. You may occasionally add wellness partners who love the products.

C.) Personal use wellness partner or wholesale buyer. May add customers here and there if it comes up and there is an interest.


Make your "Dream Team" list. Think of the most driven, most "with-it" people you know, your number one picks of people to join you in this business. Your list may range from 100-200 people. Include this list in your e-mail to me. Create your reason WHY and your DREAM TEAM list and email it to your up line prior to your Session 2 Training. We will then coach you on the best ways to reach out to people on your list. Your assignment is to set up 3 conference calls with me to share more about our business during the next two days. Your excitement is contagious which is why this is the BEST time to share your new business with others!


Let’s start planning your Business Launch Event (BLE). Come up with a location and start compiling your guest list and addresses. I will tell you where to find free, printable invitations.

Developing Your Why

What is your reason for building your Amare business? Your Why can help you stay focused on your goals when you face challenges. Identify steps towards achieving your goals by creating an effective Plan of Action. Start With Why. Know Your Why. THIS is what will drive you.

What do successful business owners do to succeed and overcome obstacles? They create clear goals and make a plan. Making a plan begins with a vision for the future and that vision is known as your Why.


You’re going to have challenges along the way. It is important to find a way to remind yourself every day of what your business can help you achieve.

Your Why is your reason for building your Amare business. It keeps you motivated and focused. It is something that is deeply personal, yet relatable to others.

Your Why inspires the actions that lead to your results. Without a strong WHY, you won't be driven to succeed.

Building Your List

THE LIST Your list of prospective Wellness Partners and Customers is evergreen, ever growing and ever changing. Actively working your list is essential for your success. Connect to your network and share your story. The foundation of your business comes in your LIST. Any industry that sells a product or service, finds success through leveraging your database.

Inviting Language for the Business

Inviting potential Customers and Wellness Partners to learn more about Amare is a critical business practice. Invite with confidence by practicing inviting language and learning best practices for discussing Amare Global's products and the business opportunity.

What do I Say? We have included several different sample scripts from some of the top leaders in the company, so these scripts are tried and true. But look through them and choose one that feels the most like you. Being authentic is an absolute must! Practice what you're going to say before calling. We'll be with you every step of the way.

Option A:

I am launching the founding wellness partners of Amare Global, a mental wellness company that has revolutionary and innovative products that treat new science with gut brain health! [WN1] I am looking for strategic business partners that are going to allow me to expand into the CA Market and meet the demand that this Company and this product is having in this region! I have an immediate need to fill two spots that will create profit centers that will meet the demand for these consumer markets. We have two positions: Business Builder (Those who want to build a huge enterprise and founding distributions for this area and around the country) Product Ambassador (Plan B or wants to make extra money in their own time & leisure and not as their main job)

Option B:

Amare is at the forefront of this scientific paradigm fully leveraging everything we know about the gut-brain axis and mental wellness. We are launching at a unique time in history—at the nexus of paradigm shifts in both science (what we know about mental wellness) and society (how we talk about mental wellness). We believe our products, combined with adopting specific healthful lifestyle practices, can make a truly meaningful difference in your life by offering a powerful platform to optimize your mental wellness.

Option C: When making a call or in person: I am launching the founding wellness partners of Amare Global, a mental wellness company that has revolutionary and innovative products that treat new science with gut brain health. [WN1] “I’m looking for 2-3 individuals as I’m building a team and I instantly thought of you because (sincere compliment). This may or may not be a fit for you but I’d like to share some information with you to see if it might be a fit. Are you available on date/time or date/time. (Always give two date/time options)

Option D:

When making a call: “Hi Jack, This is Brian. Do you have a minute? The reason for my call today is that I have just partnered Amare Global a brand new company launching (wherever they are from) Amare is a mental wellness company that has revolutionary and innovative products that treat new discoveries with gut brain health. I’m building an executive team and immediately thought of you because our company is experiencing explosive growth and we’re looking to expand in your market. I thought of you because (pay them a sincere compliment). Can we set up a time to speak further to see if this might be a fit for you or someone you may know?”

Option E:

Lifestyle Marketing: You begin with chatting and finding something to compliment your prospect about sincerely. Ask them where they’re from. Next ask them for a card. “Do you have a card?” “My business is expanding to (their city). In fact, I’m looking for people who would be interested in joining my business. I would like to give you a call and take just a few minutes to tell you who I’m looking for. You may or may not have a personal interest, but I’m hoping you can lead me to just the right person. I’m looking for referrals as we expand into your market.” When asked: “what do you do?” “I work with a company Amare Global founded by Hiep Tran and I am launching the founding wellness partners. We are a mental wellness company that has revolutionary and innovative products that treat new discoveries with gut brain health and they are offering an opportunity for independent business ownership” “We just opened this market and the response has been huge. I’m looking for people to support our expansion. I would love to talk to see if you might know of someone my business might be for. Can we set up a time to talk?

Option F:

When making a call or in person (your center of influence): “Hi Robyn! I was wondering if you have a moment? I’m really excited about something and I’d like to ask for your help. I was introduced to a Company called Amare, the first mental wellness company that focuses on gut brain health. This modality is a trillion dollar industry! This company will be a household name within the next three years! You will definitely be hearing about this company and I wanted to be the first one that you heard it from! I’m looking for just the right people to join me in this expansion. We are launching the ground floor partners! This may or may not be for you, but I’m confident you can lead me to the right people. I’m looking for referrals. I was wondering if I could set up about 15 minutes with you to share more, so you can think about who this might be right for.

*The goal is to get the appointment with them. Sound excited because you are! Set up a time to speak with them and your business partner on a 3-way interview call to follow up. If they ask you for more info, politely tell them that you have another appt and you will have to get back with them. Do not go into the details of the business on your first meeting. This gives you the opportunity to have your experienced up line leader on that first call with you.

Option G:

Hi Jessica! It’s Iris. I’m calling you for a reason. I'd love your help. Do you have 5 min? (if not then say ok how about tomorrow at 10am?) I have just started a new business working with a company based out of Irvine CA, AMARE Global. AMARE, is a mental wellness company that is ground floor, with great funding, perfect timing, and revolutionary/innovative products that treat new discoveries with gut brain health. This is what scientists now know is directly linked to anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and mental fatigue.[WN2] Our company created a flagship gut-brain axis nutrition system, the FundaMentals Pack, and it won the prestigious 2018 NutrAward for Best New Finished Product. In a very smart and unprecedented move, Hiep Tran decided to do what had never been done, create something the world had never seen, the first mental wellness company in this space that focuses on gut brain health. Amare is a company with a vision to empower people to live happier and healthier lives every day. Our mission is to create natural mental wellness products for a community of passionate people who desire an extraordinary life. (enter your story here, how you were introduced and why you decided to jump in with both feet) I had never been interested in this type of business model before but there were a few big things that caught my attention. First, this was what we call a category creator(Mental Wellness/Gut Brain Health), and I know that this will be a house hold name worldwide within a few years. It would be an immediate door opener when I'm talking to people. There is a lot of media surrounding this mental wellness platform (ie. Prince Harry, Oprah, Lady Gaga, Michael Phelps)! [WN3] When I learned that most all disease is linked to the gut and that these products could heal the micro-biome of the gut, I was all ears. I was also very intrigued by the timing of this. Timing is everything in this industry and we all have the opportunity to be first in most markets throughout the US and we have plans to go international. I am looking for a power partner in your area. This may or may not be the right fit for you, but does this sound like something you would have personal interest in?

Option H:

I am in business development with AMARE Global, a mental wellness company that has revolutionary and innovative products that treat new discoveries with gut brain health. I am opening markets all over the US, but especially in Chicago (or wherever) which is why I am calling. I am looking for just the right people & I need 20 minutes on the phone in the next few days to give you the facts. This has been my best career move to date for so many reasons, personally (home more with kids, etc), financially, incentive wise (trips,) & I am about to coach 6 people to the top of the company & open new markets. Here are some times I have available.
